A high-energy cardio conditioning class utilizing H.I.I.T. to support weight loss and optimal heart health. Prepare to sweat!

Class Schedule

  • Saturday 8am-9am
  • Sunday 10am-11am

Weekend classes are included with the personal training membership program, and are open to the public for a $10 drop-in fee.
